  VEF (Victorian Educational Furniture) is an offshoot of parent company Ergoline International
which has been trading since 1992. Both companies are wholly Australian owned, and operate
from Springvale. We offer our clients a one stop shop for desking, seating and storage, for all
commercial applications in the educational sector, as well as the corporate, government and
healthcare sectors. We are a vertically integrated operation that manufactures, markets and distributes a diverse range of quality commercial furniture both locally and internationally.

  At VEF we believe that service is defined by attention to detail, industry knowledge, time and cost saving expertise,
delivering consistency, and the personal touch. We are committed to maintaining our high standard of service based
on these principles.
       
  Our quality commercial grade educational and office furniture is essentially built from componentries designed and
moulded within the group. Not being reliant on component importers ensures quality control and gives us
independence and flexibility in both product and price. And being a wholesaler to the retail sector and a supplier of
componentry to the manufacturer sector, puts us at the top of the office furniture food chain.
       
  VEF integrates the combined input of our research and development, retail, manufacturing and educational divisions
to be a sector leader in proactive innovation. We have a worldwide patent on our height adjustable desking system
and working closely with AFRDI, we are leading the way with ergonomics in the educational furniture industry. In
new product development we are second to none, we have more than 200 unique educational furniture products.
We are continuously investing in Research and Development with our exciting early learning range being the latest
ranging to be launched into the marketplace. Our ability to create individualised and environmentally oriented
products is a defining feature of the company.
       
  Being dedicated to exceeding the expectations of every customer, VEF defines quality in terms of functionality,
aesthetics, flexibility and value for money. We back ourselves on these values by giving warranties on our furniture
of up to 10 years. Our products generally comply with the Worksafe Australia guidelines and measurements. Key
components used are also AFRDI approved.
The integration of environmental principles into the design process is a defining principle of VEF. And as such, our
commitment to pushing the boundaries of Research and Development demonstrates a philosophy which embraces
environmental responsibility not as some vague corporate platitude, but as an all permeating company strategy.
Working directly with end users such as Architects, Facilities Management, Human Resources, and IT departments
has enabled us to meet the rapidly changing demands of the working environment. It also allows us to custom
design furniture for a specific requirement or corporate exclusivity.
       
  Our independence from out of house manufacturers enables us to set our own standard in manufacture and
distribution. This is reflected in our range, our commitment to sustainable manufacturing and our lead times. VEF’s
experienced logistics staff and fleet of trucks facilitate rapid, efficient distribution and prompt back up service. Our
products are supplied to markets and clients throughout Australia.
