A: As most of us now spend a good portion of every day working at desks, investing in the right ergonomic chair will give greater comfort and help to increase your productivity. It also aids in decreasing the risk of developing any serious conditions in the future. Q: Do you have any AFRDI furniture? A: Our Studiwell range of height adjustable tables are AFRDI approved and man of our ergonomic chairs are AFRDI certified. |
Q: I am building new premises and need furniture, can you help? A: VEF furniture consultants can help you project manage the furniture fitouts for new schools and commercial premises. They are able to work from plans and schematics to help you design the most effective learning and working environments. VEF can also provide detailed design layouts, giving you a range of alternative solutions to choose from.If you would like us to take a look at your drawings, just attach them to the option below and one of our experienced consultants will call you to discuss your requirements. |

| Q: How long will it take to get my furniture once I have ordered it? A: VE Furniture has two warehouses which store a large quantity of furniture, so depending on the size of your order our standard lead times start from around 5 working days for dispatch of our education furniture. Our flat pack Sorrento desking range of furniture can be ready for pick up within 48 hours. Q: How is my furniture delivered? A: If you are interstate, we can delivery either fully assembled or we can send them unassembled. We have assembly instructions for our furniture to make it easy for you to assemble. Our local deliveries are delivered assembled to your school or office. Q: How much will delivery cost? A: The cost of delivery will vary depending on where you are, what you have ordered and whether or not the furniture is assembled. One of our Customer Service team can calculate the delivery costs when the size of the order is known. |
Q: What are your warranties? A: VE Furniture provide different warranties for our various ranges of furniture. Warranties can be found on the website, listed with the product. Q: What is the best way to clean the student tables? A: Clean the tops with a damp cloth, for a more thorough treatment, use cloth and mild soap. Avoid using harsh abrasives and citrus based cleaning products. |
