How do I begin the assembly process?

Start by laying out all parts on a flat surface and cross-check with the included parts list. Follow the step-by-step instructions provided in the manual.

What if I'm missing a piece or hardware?

We apologise for the inconvenience. Please contact our customer service team with the missing part and we'll promptly send out the missing item.

Are there any tools required for assembly?

Most products are designed for easy assembly with common tools. Specific tools needed will be listed in the instruction manual.

Can I assemble the product by myself?

While some items can be assembled solo, we recommend having an extra set of hands for larger or heavier pieces to ensure safety and ease.

I've assembled the product, but it seems unstable. What should I do?
