The Secure It Mobile Locker is a castor-mounted modular storage unit standing 1075mm tall on a 100mm castor height, available in 4 and 8 compartment configurations, designed for classrooms and learning spaces that need storage to move with the room.

Some spaces can't commit to fixed storage. The Secure It Mobile Locker range puts the same 18mm E0 MDF carcass and door construction as the rest of the Secure It system onto a 100mm castor base, so a locker bank can roll out of a collaborative learning space as easily as it rolled in. Each unit stands 1075mm tall overall, with a heavy-duty steel frame and moisture-resistant board built to the same standard as VE Furniture's fixed locker ranges.

Two configurations cover different scales of use: the MD4 (815mm wide, 4 compartments) suits a single classroom or small team space, while the MQ8 (1605mm wide, 8 compartments) covers a full collaborative zone or shared learning commons. Both share a 500mm depth and integrated finger-pull doors. Lock type, door colour and optional Duropact+ upgrade are specified at order.

  • Protrusion striker lock standard (LOC001), compatible with most padlocks; four-barrel combination and push-button PIN locks available as upgrades

  • Duropact+ door upgrade available a high-pressure compact laminate finish significantly more resistant to moisture, scratches and everyday wear than standard MDF doors

Frequently Asked Questions

How many students can share one Secure It Mobile Locker unit?

Two configurations are available. The MD4 holds 4 students in an 815mm-wide unit, and the MQ8 holds 8 students in a 1605mm-wide unit. Both stand 1075mm tall including the 100mm castor base.

Can Mobile Lockers be moved once they're installed?

Yes. The 100mm castor base lets a locker bank roll to a new position whenever the room is reconfigured, with no unbolting or reinstallation required.

What lock type comes standard on Mobile Lockers?

Every Secure It Mobile Locker includes a protrusion striker (LOC001) as standard, compatible with most padlock options. For keyless access, the four-barrel combination lock (LOC005) and push-button PIN lock (LOC007) are available as upgrades, and compatible combination padlocks (PAD001, PAD002) can be supplied separately.
