School lockers take serious punishment.

A 950mm locker sits at bench height, low enough to use as a surface and short enough to keep a space feeling open. The Secure It Half Height Locker range is built from 18mm E0 MDF carcass and door panels in a heavy-duty steel frame, the same construction standard as the rest of the Secure It system, on a 40mm plinth.

Three configurations cover three bay widths: single-bay HS1 (375mm wide, 1 compartment), double-bay HD2 (725mm wide, 2 compartments) and triple-bay HT3 (1075mm wide, 3 compartments). All models share a 580mm depth, moisture-resistant board and integrated finger-pull doors. The compact footprint suits classrooms, libraries and shared spaces where students need individual storage without a tall locker bank dominating the room. Lock type, door colour and optional Duropact+ upgrade are specified at order.

Every component of the Secure It Modular Locker System has been engineered with purpose. From the tamper-proof hinges and moisture-resistant carcass to the flexible lock system and customisable accessories, nothing is an afterthought.

  • 950mm half-height storage across three configurations, single, double and triple bay — accommodating 1 to 3 individual users per unit

  • 18mm E0 MDF carcass and doors meet the lowest formaldehyde emission standard available, FSC-certified

  • Moisture-resistant board throughout with integrated finger-pull doors and a clean, seamless exterior finish

  • Heavy-duty steel frame with anti-scratch ripple powder coat in Black or White Ripple; a 40mm MDF plinth gives each bank a floating, inset appearance

  • Protrusion striker lock standard (LOC001), compatible with most padlocks; four-barrel combination and push-button PIN locks available as upgrades

  • Compact bench-height profile fits classrooms and libraries where a taller locker bank would crowd the space

  • Duropact+ door upgrade available a high-pressure compact laminate finish significantly more resistant to moisture, scratches and everyday wear than standard MDF doors

  • Optional sloping canopy keeps tops clear of clutter; optional ventilation slots, mail slots and laser-cut number plaques also available

How many students can share one Secure It Half Height Locker unit?

It depends on the configuration. The single-bay HS1 holds 1 student, the double-bay HD2 holds 2, and the triple-bay HT3 holds 3 in a single 1075mm-wide unit. All units stand 950mm tall with a 580mm depth.

What's the difference between Half Height and Three-Quarter Height lockers?

Half Height lockers stand 950mm tall, roughly bench height, and suit corridors or libraries where an open sightline matters most. Three-Quarter Height lockers stand 1245mm and offer more vertical storage per compartment for slightly older students or busier shared spaces.

What lock type comes standard on Half Height lockers?

Every Secure It Half Height Locker includes a protrusion striker (LOC001) as standard, compatible with most padlock options. For keyless access, the four-barrel combination lock (LOC005) and push-button PIN lock (LOC007) are available as upgrades, and compatible combination padlocks (PAD001, PAD002) can be supplied separately.
