Corners that Take the Edge Off!

A square table does something a round one can't: push two or four together and the group grows without anyone losing their spot. The Shinto S3 Square Table is built for that flexibility, with straight edges that line up against each other for classroom groupings or larger meeting configurations. Exaggerated radius corners soften the shape, carrying the same rounded feel as the Round and Toka Tables through even the most angular member of the range. A 25mm E0 top sits on a fully welded steel frame, finished in a satin powder coat available in black or white.

Three configurations cover different settings: a W900 x D900mm top at 720mm for a single workstation or small group, a W1200 x D1200mm top at the same seated height for a larger group or shared project space and a W1200 x D1200mm top raised to 1050mm for standing work and quick huddles. Optional lockable wheels let staff or students move the table into a new configuration, then lock it in place once the layout is set. It arrives fully assembled, ready for a classroom or breakout corner from the day it's delivered.

Part of the wider Shinto S3 Collection, the Square Table sits alongside the RoundToka and Picnic tables for spaces that want a shape built to grow with the group.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does the Shinto S3 Square Table have sharp corners?

No. It has exaggerated radius corners, softening the shape while keeping straight edges along each side for combining tables together.

What's the difference between the Shinto S3 Square, Round and Toka Tables?

The Square Table combines into larger layouts thanks to its straight edges and softens the look with exaggerated radius corners. The Round Table offers a classic circular shape with no corner seating, and the Toka Table has an asymmetrical, soft-edge shape inspired by river stones. All three share the same size and height configurations and the same rounded, approachable feel.

Can Shinto S3 Square Tables be combined into a larger group setting?

Yes. The straight edges line up against each other, so multiple tables push together into a larger configuration for group work or bigger meetings.
