The Inform 1500 Curved Bookcase splits its structure into sixteen sections, eight per side, carrying twelve fixed flat-edge shelves as standard, each inset 5mm from the end panel. Every unit ships with a 5mm back board finished in Storm as standard, tidying the reverse of the curve so it reads as finished from every angle. As with the rest of the curved range, the shelves are fixed, built into the curve itself. Built on 25mm E0 laminate board, it's available as a fixed unit at 1550mm or a mobile unit at 1600mm on six 100mm lockable castors.

Curve a run at this height into a near-complete circle and you get a genuinely enclosed reading nook, tall enough to block sightlines rather than just soften them. Curve it the other way and it becomes a wave substantial enough to reshape traffic flow through a larger library or learning commons. Combine it with the Inform 1500 Double-Sided Bookcase, mixing straight and curved runs and the range of shapes on offer opens right up.
